Senior A&R manager for Polydor records. Started career in management working for Jonathan Shalit (5years). He signed, A&R’d and did day to day management for Ndubz sellng over a million albums in the UK. Joined Universal records in 2012 where he moved into A&R full time for AATW, breaking Dappy & Tulisa as solo artist (No Regrets #1
single, Young #1 single & Rockstar #2single). 2013 Rich delivered the “Unity” album for the Stephen Lawrence concert which included Ed Sheeran, Plan B, Emili Sande’, Jamie
Cullum & Rita Ora. In 2014 he was appointed A&R director for Universal Canada where he won a Juno Award (Canadian Brits) for best Dance recording of the
year. 2016 he moved back to the UK to join Polydor records and signed Stefflon Don through her 54 London label. Stefflon Don went on have a global hit with her single “Hurtin Me” and is a global break through act for Universal. Rich also re signed Dappy to Polydor and had a hit with his single “Oh My”. Rich also oversees the A&R for the popular ITV show the Voice UK.
