Andrew has worked with a number of clients including start-ups in the creative industries guiding them on intellectual property, contract negotiation, advertising and regulatory compliance.

Recent work includes managing a cross-jurisdictional intellectual property dispute for a world renowned entertainment company, drafting commercial contacts for social media influencers and multi-channel networks, advising digital media companies on production agreements, drafting commercial contracts and consignment agreements for art galleries, negotiating service contracts on behalf of a digital production agency, negotiating recording, licensing and distribution agreements with a major label and drafting a cross-jurisdictional intellectual assignment agreement for a fashion business.
